Refund policy

Return Policy

TAYE will happily provide you with an exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding original and return shipping costs) on all full priced items, as long as your return meets the below requirements. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or a store credit. 

Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time. 

Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

All Australian returns will incur a flat fee of $9.99 to cover the cost of return shipping. USA returns will incur a flat fee of $21.99.

Please take care when trying on garments as we cannot accept items that have incurred any makeup stains or fragrance from perfume, body lotions, tan etc.

TAYE reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be sent back to the sender at their cost. 

TAYE is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. For returns outside of Australia and USA, we recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order with TAYE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping. 


Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any items that have been personally customised cannot be returned for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
