Shipping policy
NATIONAL (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped a notification will be sent to your nominated email address.
As all products are made to order please allow up to two weeks for your order to be dispatched. We appreciate your patience as we custom make your perfect piece.
A flat rate of $10 is applied to all orders and $15 for all express orders.
Free shipping is applied to orders over $100
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders. Metro deliveries will arrive within 3-5* business days from the date of shipment, regional deliveries may take an additional 2-4* days.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer express shipping within Australia for a flat rate of $15.00. Metro deliveries will arrive within 1-2* business days from the date of shipment, regional and international deliveries may take an additional 2-4* days.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent via DHL. All of our deliveries require a signature on delivery.
International orders may be subject to local customs and duties charges at the final destination. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, you will be contacted by DHL direct to arrange payment. TAYE cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.
